- Hired articles remain property of Chair necessity.
- The hire period is set as standard - from the morning of event commencing for 24hrs. Unless previously arranged. The customer shall be responsible for the hired equipment from the time of delivery to collection. Deliveries left at premises at hirers’ risk.
- A £50.00 non refundable deposits required to reserve booking. Chair necessity shall retain this amount in the event of cancellation prior to hire period commencing. Hire agreements should reach Chair necessity no later than 6 weeks prior to the hire, unless an agreement has been made in writing.
- Final total payment is required in full 4 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received before this time, we will assume our services are no longer required and will automatically cancel the order, sending an Email to the customer. A cancellation charge of 25% of the estimated amount. Booking deposits are not returned if an order is cancelled due to late or non payment or if the customer cancels the order for whatever the reason.
- Cancellations. Customers can cancel their orders anytime up to 6 weeks before the event with no penalty. This must be made in writing and we must acknowledge receipt of this. Booking deposits are not refundable. Customers who cancel their orders less than 6 weeks before the event will be charged a 75% cancellation fee of the total order value. We require payment of the order in full on ALL Customer cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the event.
- We can accept last minute orders depending on availability. Full payment is required at time of booking for orders required within 4 weeks.
- Prices & availability of products are subject to change without notice, however once a deposit is paid, the price quoted for the order placed at the time the deposit was paid will not change. A quote given over the phone or by Email may change up until a deposit is paid to secure the booking.
- Any permanent stains or damages to our linen, such as pulls in fabric and burns will attract a replacement charge for any items damaged. And any lost/missing/broken items to the value of up to £50. Each chair cover at £10.00 and bows at £3.00
- Delivery charges are priced by Chair necessity and are for standard delivery and collection. Additional journeys incurred by customer will be charged for. Including failure to give correct numbers of guest’s 4 weeks prior to event or failure to include all items on collection.
- Chair necessity shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property sustained at customer’s chosen venue.
